Not getting any Push Notifications from Roku

Hi All,
I have set up a push notification url for tablet stream channel in WEB API settings but I am not receiving any push notifications from the ROKU side.
What should be the problem ?
Url of push notification is https://tabletstream.com/mvc/api-v2/roku/notification 
Please help with this.

When I use curl to access that URL, I get:
curl: (35) schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: SEC_E_UNTRUSTED_ROOT
(0x80090325) - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Thanks for the response.
Our URL contains self signed certificates.

Is there any way to get the notification using these certificates?
OR
We need to purchase authorised SSL certificates for getting the push notifications from ROKU.

I would email partnersuccess@roku.com and explain the situation to them and see what they have to say.

I'm not sure why you would still be using self-signed certificates when you can get free, official certificates with an external authority to confirm security here - https://letsencrypt.org/

Able to get push notifications I am also stuck with same problem. Not receiving callback from Roku on Subscription purchase, renew and cancel.
