I check my stats daily. Since Sept 22 I noticed all my new installs minus uninstalls credits have not been credited to my cumulative installs. A Roku rep advised me that I am the only person reporting the issue. Please check to see if the math is adding up correctly when they issue you credit to cumulative installs. If it isn't please complain to Roku. Also I have not been able to retrieve my audience insights. The Roku rep advised me she put in a ticket but she does not know when it will be fixed. Is anyone else having the same issue.
