New Roku Channel not published on "new" category

This http://www.roku.com/channels/#!details/29201/pax roku channel was published to all channels stores few weeks ago, but it was never displayed on New Category neither on roku website http://www.roku.com/channels/#!browse/new nor on New Channels category from roku channel store. I'm wondering why? Which could be the reason?
