New Channel updates not showing for all

I update my channel at the beginning of every month. I post a month specific graphic that appears on the Channel page for subscribers. This month I have people complaining that the Graphic says May, but the content for them still is from April. This did not happen on my test channel. It is correct on all my Roku devices. Have asked the folks to go to settings and update, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Does any one have a suggestion as to what could be going on?
