Googling doesn't show one, so your best bet is to tell the Mobilevids.org people that you would like one, assuming that their service, whatever it is (can't tell, requires some kind of invite) is legal. I don't see a developer page on mobilevids.org, so they may not have a public API that you could write a channel against.
