Re: List of Ad Networks
We are using Vidillion's ad platform for Roku channels with great success. Vidillion aggregates ads from multiple networks (Adaptv, BrightRoll, Yume, SpotXChange, Tremor, etc) so it is like being connected to all of them. Their focus is maximizing the 'fill' rate. Too often if you go with a single ad network the issue is a low 'fill' rate. Vidillion’s platform negotiates between multiple ad platforms to determine the appropriate ad to display by country, language, genre, device, etc, which increases advertising revenue for content owners.
The downside is that they have a $100 setup fee (which is refunded after 1 million ad views) and it takes a little longer for the average channel owner to understand all of their options.

Anything VAST compatible will work. Do a google search as there are lots of them.

@destruk
I've read that Roku is using VAST, but I'm wondering what networks are using the other developers, which ad networks are working with Roku apps.
@OddScott
Thanks! Sounds good! Is it a new Ad Network? I've never heard about it before.

Re: List of Ad Networks
Vidillion has been doing OTT/CTV advertising for about 3 years, and I believe they were one of the first to focus on set top boxes. I don't know when Vidillion initially released their Roku Ad SDK, but built-in Vidillion video ad support for Roku channels was first available in the Instant TV Channel development system about 2 months ago.
