Issues reproducing hardware-specific bug/crash
In our initial certification results Roku reported a bug that caused a crash when selecting any content from the main screen/grid on an HDMI stick 3500X (I've posted about this before on here).
I went out and bought a 3500X off Craigslist and couldn't reproduce the crash.
I emailed Roku about it, and heard that an engineer there also couldn't reproduce the crash on a 3500X, nor could they determine a reason it would happen.
But when I resubmitted a new build that fixed other issues, the tester reported that the crash was still happening on their 3500X.
Can anyone think of a reason this would happen?

Re: Issues reproducing hardware-specific bug/crash
I'm not sure about the Roku engineer who couldn't repro the bug (all he said, more or less, was that he tried and failed to reproduce it), but we're running 8.0 on our 3500X, and I believe the tester said the crash was happening on 8.0 and 8.1.
