Is there support for Close Caption (cc) for HLS
I have a live HLS stream and want to display the close captions. I have looked in the documentation and can't find anything in the documentation that mentions close captioning.
Is it possible?
Is it possible?

Re: Is there support for Close Caption (cc) for HLS
At present there is no support for closed captioning for HLS live streams, but we have announced upcoming support for SMPTE TimeText in a future release.

Re: Is there support for Close Caption (cc) for HLS
Hello,
I see that there is now supposed to be support for SMPTE Timed Text in HLS/Smooth/MP4. Will this work for live streams? Doesn't Timed Text imply an external file? Do you have an example of this somewhere?

Re: Is there support for Close Caption (cc) for HLS
I would like to see this as well. If there is closed caption information embedded in the HLS stream, how can we implement this?
