Do all of the items in the manifest file have to be on a single line, or can I put the items on separate lines?

I'm pretty sure they have to be on separate lines... If you're not seeing that in an example somewhere, it may be using unix line feeds, which don't display correctly in some text editors (ex. Notepad).

Okay, I have the manifest file in there, but that didn't help. Am I missing the Makefile file?

You don't need a makefile in the zip. I added a manifest to the zip you posted and it worked. Are you sure it's at the root of the zip and not in one of the subdirectories?

It is. PM me the manifest file you made so I can compare it to the one I have.
