The form appears to be for US developers only.

It does not allow you to leave the state entry blank or select none.

It does not allow a non US postcode (zipcode) to be entered.

I have not checked the phone number box, it may also not work as desired.

As such I am unable to complete it.

Can this be corrected and then let us know.

If you see only this:

- then make a point to explicitly log out of the profile and try again.

If on the 2nd attempt it redirects you directly to the dev.control panel - don't believe it - torch the cookies, add "?randomajkshd" at the end of the URL etc till you get to some legalese screen.

After another screen with a US-only form, something may - or may not - have had happened. It's a mystery to me. Is there a place one can see the status?!

Two things to know about RokuCo's web developers: they are all thumbs + pretentious Linkedin profiles.

it is a bug, the fix should go out on Monday, so try Monday evening or Tuesday Morning.

I definitely clicked all the way through it, and didn't receive any confirmation, nor do I see anything in my account that suggests I'm updated to the new agreement (sales report also still shows 70/30 split).

I notice in the sales reports it now says everywhere "80.0" in the "Share %" column - even for prior months where it should be 70%. Kinda sloppy.

But when i look at the $ column, my share is $0.69 per $0.99 till 10/2 - and $0.79 since 10/3. So seems it switched 70% -> 80% for me between 2nd and 3rd.

The form has not been fixed yet, I am still unable to sign up.

I cannot enter a UK postcode, it's still just US addresses.

I am now at a financial disadvantage.

When will this be fixed and how will you compensate me for the delay?
