I can't sideload apps on to my Roku Premiere.

This happens when I try to sideload the source code in a zip file. If this is not what to sideload then please tell me what to sideload.

Where did you get this source code?  The zip has to be structured properly.  Why don't you start with one of these:  https://github.com/rokudev/samples/tree/master/getting%20started
