I have a client of mine that went with a 3rd party service to pull in their live stream from their playout system. The 3rd party company created an app for the channel and set everything up, now they no longer use that company but the channel is still showing up when you search for them. We requested the 3rd party company to take down the channel but they still have not done it and its been a year. The client is getting a new app built they they will own and use their own developer account to post, but I think this will create a duplicate and confuse others on what one to install.
Would anyone know how we can get the current channel removed?
