We are having an issue with HLS where a single segment request will cause the player to send an isRequestFailedmessage. This triggers the app to exit the stream and display an error message to the user. We see this issue intermittently with several different pieces of content and I am convinced it's the result of network problems or a bad ad segment (we use ad stitching in the HLS manifests). I am curious if the Roku firmware has built in recovery logic for HLS that it runs before issuing this message? Or is there is a tactic for maintaining playback by somehow retrying the segment, skipping ahead to the next segment, or something else I haven't thought of?
