Highest paying ad networks?

Two questions related to this:

1. Which ad networks pay the highest for Roku?

2. Which ad networks are easiest to integrate code-wise (we've had a total fail trying to get DFP to work)?

I don't know which ad networks pay more.

Our Roku Ad Framework library works with DFP. You are required to use it if you are going to monetize with ads on our platform.
