I only ask because for third party providers, it seems like there's a fair bit of testing of the applications. However, the Hulu+ app might be the worst Roku app I've seen so far (for 1 in 5 plays the remote becomes unresponsive and crashes the player

Which sucks, not only because I've purchased about 6 as gifts, but because it really reflects badly on the platform. Can't you guys reach out to them, dev to dev?
