Display larger than TV screen

I am sure this is the wrong forum to post my question, but the last post in the General Forum was in 2011.

The Roku display (the content description or menu) is larger than my TV screen. Most of the left side of the menu is out my my viewing range. It's like watching a 16:9 movie on a 4:3 TV.

I know it is a display problem, but I cannot find a place to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Display larger than TV screen

Thanks, I'm headed that way.

Not sure why I got a different date.

I’m having the same issue. I could see just a bit to the left that highlighted updated. Must be a glitch?
