You can obtain Developer ID by access to Genkey via telnet processing...
Hope that help but I was not successful with Vista. XP work fine!

If you use your browser to go to the Roku Box developer page: http://<roku box ip-addr>/ and then select the "Utilities" link. You will come to a page that lets you upload a .pkg file and "Inspect" it.

Inspecting this .pkg file will display the DevID for the key that signed this .pkg. (You will need the passwd for the signing key of this .pkg...)
