Is this still valid? I'm trying to come up with a timeline for deleting the channel from the store, and I would like to get more information about how long can this process take. The only thing I see different from the article is that my channel is public and published but I still get the "Delete channel" option in the "Manage my channels" screen. Will clicking "Delete channel" be enough, or do I still need to create a ticket with Roku Partner Success?
