Debug audio/video jerks

Hello guys,
 i use roky3 and i am experiencing some kerjs on audio and video on HSS play. is there a way to get some logs on what is happening?

what's HSS play? If you're the developer you can start debugging. If not you'll probably need to ask the developer or video provider to investigate for you.

It is smooth streaming.
I would like to find a simple channel player and activate logs for debugging purpose
