Hi we are currently experiencing issues with our channel's DASH DRM video. The video and audio seems to skip right around where the new segments are loaded. We use the same video on other clients and they work just fine. I'm not sure what info is needed to try to debug the issue but any help would be much appreciated.

don't know if it could be related but I've had a few users of one channel reporting skipping such that a 15 minute clip plays in 3 minutes.  So far haven't been able to deduce any reason.  The channel uses all hls and no DRM.
