Hi All,

We have developed one Roku game channel, it is working fine on all Roku Model except Roku Express Model 3700x (Littlefield).
During the gameplay, the game gets a freeze and reboots the system after some time.
We tried to debug the channel using telnet but it didn't get any error log or crash log.

Please, can you suggest any solution for it?

we are developer a game too. work fine in roku 3, but in roku express crash in almost 5 second, if anybody know whathappen please tell us

You can try the official road by emailing partnerSuccess at roku.com

In addition, on volunteer basis, if i find time i may take a look - PM me add-code for the channel or link to a zip with steps/conditions (player model, firmware version) to reproduce player reboot.

@neptor, your issue may be different if you experience app crash (and going back to Home menu) vs. player restart
