Greetings,
someone has commented that our private channel needs the same fix that Crackle applied to their video. I have no idea what that fix would be, and I'm not sure what the problem is because whenever I test our channel, everything works pretty well and as it should.
It may be a function of geography, in that our streaming server is located in the same state where I'm testing from, and the folks having trouble are generally on the opposite side of the country.
Can anyone comment on what was wrong with Crackle's video and what was done to correct it?
