I converted the channel to SDK, uploaded the package, submitted, channel was approved, but it hasn’t changed after several hours. I removed it and re-added the channel but it is still in DP layout without content. Any help? Should I just delete the channel and start it from scratch?

In case anyone else has this problem, it ended up having to be corrected by Roku Partner Success. They said there is a known bug currently that sometimes affects channels that are converted from DP to SDK.
