Is there a way to redirect a user with a button press on their remote while they are watching a video to another video on your channel?


I would like to add that this is a project for my boss. Any help is greatly appreciated. I could really use a raise.... a break.... a win... you get the idea.

If you're asking if you can intercept key presses while video is playing, the answer is yes, but only if you write a custom video player. The standard video player (roVideoScreen) doesn't expose any key presses to BrightScript.
A custom video player is quite a bit of work, though, so weigh your needs wisely.
