Has anyone gone from free to Pay-To-Install and what was your experience with Roku and your customers?
Roku doesn't seem to be available for questions when we need them the most. Let's say you have a channel that was just launched and has gain 900+ subscribers in a few days but you realized that Roku broke the ChannelStore API so you want to ditch using it even though the same code works perfect in your older channels, so you plan to mark all your items as free in your xml files, then change over to Pay-To-Install. Does this mean the existing 900+ users are grandfathered into free access, or will it ask them to subscribe to the channel on the next launch, will it remove the channel from the existing customers' grid, etc.?
