Developer Mode?

Hello
Mystreams just tweeted out the .zip for the new app to be installed on the Roku. I used to have the SS app and it disappeared a while ago. Now I can't access the developer mode. I've gone in and enabled it, but when I put in my ip address in (HTTP ://10.X.X.X) it doesn't load. any suggestions?

    Roku removes the ability to side-load from devices known to use apps for accessing pirate streams. I'm guessing SS was one of them and Mystreams probably is as well.
