Yes, just email us after making the change and we can hit "publish" for the properties change. Unlike channel updates, we have no notification system for properties updates, so an email is best. If you do re-upload a package for the sole purpose of notifying us, be sure to let us know in the notes that it is the exact same package as before and that you have only changed the text, graphics or added a country.
