i want to change the gateway of my internet on roku player, where i need to provide static gateway. can anyone please help me

Sounds like you want to try and proxy the device. This isn't possible.

If you connect to a different router (wireless or wired) then the gateway will change after rebooting the roku.

Do you really have to reboot the player?
I thought gateway as part of DHCP-provided configuration changes every time you re-configure the network. (And a way to change it is of course to re-configure the DHCP server)

If it's wired, a reboot is required. If wireless, it isn't as it will grab a new IP, gateway, and dns when you connect.
