Cannot Add My New Private Channel

Please help. I am uploading my second private channel and publish it, but no matter what access code Roku assigns my private channel, I constantly get "The channel code provided is not associated with a valid channel." . I do not understand it. I was able to publish my first private channel, but I have uploaded the package 5 times and constantly get The channel code provided is not associated with a valid channel.

Can someone please tell me how to solve this? I am pulling my hair out of my head.

Thank you,
Bruce

Re: Cannot Add My New Private Channel

Have you tried adding a Vanity Access Code and then use that code instead of the one automatcally generated? It's under Properties. I notice a big red banner at the top of the page that states, "There is an issue impacting Roku accounts which we are working to resolve. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Visit http://support.roku.com for more information." It's not unusual for Roku to have server issues, so you may just have to wait it out.

Yes, I tried the Vanity code and it still did not work. Very frustrating.

Re: Cannot Add My New Private Channel

Typical reasons for this:

* You didn't upload a package file
- properly package your channel on your Roku and upload it

* You live in a different region than the regions you assigned to the channel
- add your region to the channel properties

* You haven't published the channel yet but are using the Vanity code - the vanity code won't work on an unpublished channel.
- Use the Access Code instead of the Vanity code to install the channel.
