Can Roku create "streaming" into Live Broadcast?

I'm not sure what you are asking here... We will soon be supporting HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) as our "Live Broadcast" solution.

Live broadcasts can instantly convert to VOD when they are complete.

I knew the word of "streaming" is not an appropriate to say here is because IPTV is not consider so-called streaming. All i know that Roku offer VOD system and i would love to see Roku has the capable of running live broadcast (like 30 minutes to 2 hours delay).
