Best video resolution for VOD

What is the best resolution to use for SD Video On Demand playback through a Roku channel?

Ah, thanks. I should have been able to find that.

So now I have another question with regards to pixel aspect ratio. For SD displays on Roku should all video and all graphics be 720x480, at D1 DV/NTSC?
