Feels to me 15% would be underestimating it.
After reviewing the thread/sources, seems at least 1.7M players of the Roku1 (MIPS) generation have been sold, which is 30% of the all time Rokus (interpolating out of thin air a number of 5.6M current total).
I don't think that full half of the old platform have been retired, I expect the number is 20-25% of all Rokus. In other words more than 1 million Roku1 are in active use.
