Accounts in Argentina not letting our Private Application


We have a private Roku channel that is published to Argentina, but whenever a user from Argentina attempts to install it it does not add it.

It gets hung up and will eventually error out.

We have recreated this with multiple accounts, and it always happens in Argentina.

This seems to be an issue with the Roku Channel Store for Argentina, is there anything that can be done to correct it?
