I have restarted the Roku as directed on your site, replaced the remote batteries and made sure they worked by using them in a different device, pressed the pairing button with an object and held it for 10 seconds and nothing changes on the remote, no light anywhere. I'm able to use a phone with the Roku app so I know the Roku works.
My Roku serial number is CT391A759890.

1. This is the original remote.
2. The light doesn't come on and it seems nothing happens when I try to pair with any device.
