We have a Roku Express 3930 which has started endlessly scrolling with the remote. We have tried restarting, resetting, changing batteries, removing all other remotes in the vicinity etc. Nothing has fixed it.
We have used another remote from a different Roku Express and it works straight away with no issues.
I cannot seem to contact Roku customer services to request a fix for this problem so I'm left with posting on here. Roku, can you please sort this out?
