Remotes

My Roku remotes don’t allow forwarding or going back about a half hour into a show on Xfinity as well as YouTube. If I go back to the home page and then return to Xfinity and then my show, the back and forwarding buttons work fine. This has also happened with the remotes for two different TVs. The tvs are usind current Roku sticks. The remotes are RC-GZ1. 

I’ve reset the Roku sticks by turning them off in settings.

• When was the first time you encountered this issue? Did you notice any updates before it occurred?
• What is the current software version running on your Roku?
• Does this issue occur in other apps on Roku besides YouTube or Xfinity Stream?
• What steps have you taken aside from resetting the Roku by turning it off in the settings?
