Hi, so, I bought my Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series) (mine is the 3810) about nine months ago from Walmart. A few weeks ago my husband moved the TV dresser a little bit and it pulled the wiring of the Roku. Didn't realize until the Roku wouldn't open one night so I moved the dresser and saw the damage: the power cord with the wifi receiver, where it connects to the stick, is bent. The plastic around the male end is broken so I tightened it with electrical tape and it's working for now, but I'd like to replace the cable so I have a fully functioning and intact one hooked up.
It seems that the cables used to be available on the website but aren't anymore and although I'll admit fault for the damage on my original cable, buying a whole new Roku is out of the question for me.
Where can I get a replacement cable?
