When clicking my remote, the Youtube app saw it as 2-3 clicks.

I have had this problem start when I put in brand new Amazon AAA batteries. Well the batteries ran out and I put in more new Amazon AAA batteries and the issue stopped on that exact day I changed the batteries.

Coincidence? Or just plain odd?

I’ve been having the same problem for about two weeks now. After reading this post, I decided to take the batteries out and put them back in. Same batteries. That fixed the problem.

Re: When clicking my remote, the Youtube app saw it as 2-3 clicks.

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community, @kazzax @bday1223!

It looks like you're having trouble with your Roku remote, but don't worry—we're here to help!

We recommend trying to reset the remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons at the same time for about 20 seconds. After that, just re-pair the remote and try the Roku voice feature to see if it makes any difference.

We look forward to hearing from you and looking closely into this issue. Thank you!

Best regards,
Jharra

Thank you for the tip. However as stated before, removing and inserting the batteries solved the problem. If it happens again, I'll respond here and try the suggestion.
