We're using a Roku soundbar and have voice remotes for two Tvs. The remote for the Tv that is not in the same room as the soundbar periodically has problems where the volume and mute buttons stop working while all of the other buttons, including the power button, continue working. The only way to get the volume and mute buttons to resume working is to put in new batteries. Why would this be happening with only the volume and mute buttons?
