The mic can not be heard. 8 have changed batteries in my remote. I have reset my remote. I have restarted my remote. I have repaired my remote and nothing works. How do I get the voice command to work? The voice command works on my phone app

To better assist you, please provide the serial number of the Roku player to which this remote is paired. Additionally, could you confirm if this is the original remote that came with the device? If not, please specify whether it is the Voice Remote Pro or the Voice Remote Pro (2nd Edition).
