Just opened the box from BestBuy.  I am having the same trouble with the wifi / usb cord. The connection from the stick to the cable seems loose. The light stays solid a bit then blinks. It worked for a few minutes then then the error came onto screen that I should plug the cable directly into power (low power). Well it was always directly plugged into the extender cord, into the power strip. I just need a new cord from the stick input thru the wifi receiver ending with the usb that goes into extender cord. Approx. 15" long.  S/N 213986760158  I cannot find this replacement part anywhere. I should not have to pay extra either. Thanks for your prompt attention in this matter.

@BigHH, if you just got it from Best Buy why don't you take it back?  Unscrupulous people have been known to buy a stick, swap out the cable, and return it just to get a replacement cable.  That may have happened to you.
