I’ve had this roku stick for a while and it always worked fine. Recently, the remote stops functioning (all buttons on the remote except the power button are unresponsive). The side volume and mute still works. The only fix is the really annoying unplug and count to 30 method. It works for maybe 2 hours and then fails again. Do I need to switch to an Amazon product? o
