My roku tv volume is stuck at 100. I have reset the TV and factory reset. Help

@Ladyspel I would contact the TV manufacturer.  This sounds like more likely a TV problem than a Roku operating system problem.  If you have tried a factory reset I don't have any good suggestions.  Good luck.
