My Roku remote model #RCAL7R stopped working suddenly. I tried replacing batteries and pairing again but the pairing light does not blink.
The Remote is less than a year old. Please advise what needs to be done to resolve the issue?

I seems to have the same issue. Bought Roku Express about a week ago, working perfectly until about an hour ago when it suddenly stopped responding to my remote controller. I changed the battery, restarted the Roku device, and followed the procedure in the support page with no success. It is model 3930X, SN/S0083226KGEV.
