So I accidentally factory reset my TV after I finally tricked the TV into thinking I was connected to the old Wi-Fi by changing the name and now since I got factory reset on the TV app settings it went to recovery mode and because I have no review don't know the original Wi-Fi the TV connected to at first I cannot pair it to my Wi-Fi that my phones connected to and I can't get it off recovery mode what do I do

At this point, you need a physical remote.  There is no other way.

@Jmack0515

Do you have any old universal, cable or DirecTV oem remotes in the house? Roku tv's use a two very old tv code sets. Name what you have, brand and model number, I may be able to give you a working code for it?
