I have the ROKU Express 4k and it stopped working within 30 days. Changed to brand new batteries, tried to reset, unplugged from TV and then tried unplugging from ROKU without any change. When the remote is pressed the light does not blink on the ROKU box any longer. Device SN is SO7R2240TWS6, Model # is 3940X.

Exact same thing is happening to my remote. I purchased the new 4K in December and it suddenly stopped working today. Brand new batteries and I have tried resetting it. The green light blinks but nothing's happening. I've unplugged the Roku device as well but no luck.
