- No. The remote can only control the volume of the TV with the caveat that if the TV and receiver support CEC, the remote would send the volume controls to the TV which would forward them to the receiver.
- Absolutely not. The remote has power, volume, and mute controls and that's it.
- Same answer as #1 with regard to CEC and how the TV controls the receiver with your current setup.
It sounds like you don't have CEC control of your receiver, so the remote won't work with it at all. The remote has limited IR control of TVs, but it's in no way a universal remote. It uses Wi-Fi Direct and not Bluetooth to connect to the stick.
I should add that any Roku device other than a stick that plugs directly into the TV without the need for an HDMI cable supports IR control, so you could use a universal remote that supports all of your devices with the other Roku devices.
