I want to know why a reoccurring issue is not being resolved do to a defective product? I'm not the first to complain about the remote not working and I'm not the first to complain about my television no longer being responsive (including the buttons on the tv) because of Roku. My televsion has never caused an issue, and then I turn it on... Roku sound with no picture, unplug Roku, reset Roku, plug back in, amd now no TV or sound, and buttons don't work. So, Anthony Wood... Dan Jedda... how are you going make this right?
