Are you using the included usb cable with bump in it? The remote actually communicates with long range receiver and not the roku stick, without it no pairing.

I am doing everything suggested on the website and above including buying a new remote and still . . . Nothing. The new remote behaves the exact same way. Just continues to blink and won’t pair. I am getting frustrated.

RokuDanny-R . Sorry for the delayed response. I have tried above steps and my roku is stuck at pair your remote screen, since I can not go to roku device system (my romote doesnt work, here is the serial number on the device - SOBY4193UWRO.

Did they help you? I am facing the same issue with my remote. Purchased a brand new one, new batteries, tried all the factory resets etc.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

i am having the same issue too. Its been a week since I've been able to use it.
my serial number is; X01700W9S0UC
and on stick the sn is: SO8Y41C9SOUC

It doesn't look like the information that you provided was accurate as I was not able to look up that device ID or serial number. Can you check again the number on the bottom of the device or provide a photo?
