Yes. I followed the procedure several times. The only thing I have not been able to do is to use an hdmi extension cable, which I do not have. Since i did a hard reset, I no longer get the home page. The first screen is the language choice screen, which eventually, on its own, changes to the 'pair the remote" screen with the three diagram steps to pair remote. Can't get past that screen.
I also sent you a pm yesterday with serial number of the 3810X stick.
Thanks for responding. This is a real mystery.
Same issue here. 3810

Danny,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, there was no info or advice within the link you shared that remedies my situation. What is the next step toward getting a functioning setup?

I have two roku sticks and a remote for each one (kitchen and den). The den remote stopped working. Tried the battery fix and that worked the first time. It started happening again and none of the suggested fixes work and that remote now has the constant pairing blinking. I thought I see if my other working remote (kitchen) could be paired to the den streaming stick. It wouldn't pair and now that remote is stuck in the blinking pairing mode and can't be paired back to the kitchen Roku stick.
So far on this community thread I've nothing indicating a resolution.
Note to self: don't buy another Roku device!
